Product Properties: white powder. Relative density: 1.10, easily soluble in acetone, ethanol, soluble in water, insoluble in petrol. It is hygroscopic.
Product Usage:This kind of promoter has low promotion effect and poor anti-scorch performance, so it is seldom used for dienophthalic rubber, but in special cases, such as vulcanisation with sulphur yolk giver such as thiourea sulphide, this product has the role of active agent, and thiourea promoter has unique effect on the vulcanisation of neoprene, which can produce neoprene vulcanised rubber with good tensile strength, hardness, compression yongjiu deformation and other properties. Compared with NA-22, this product has faster burning and vulcanisation, but better vulcanisation flatness. Easily dispersed, no frost. When the dosage is larger, it can be used for high temperature and high speed vulcanisation, especially suitable for continuous vulcanisation of pressed out products. It is also the accelerator for butyl rubber and the vulcanising active agent for EPDM rubber. It has antioxidant effect on natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is generally used in the manufacture of industrial products, special wires, sponge products and so on.

Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be kept out of direct sunlight, valid for 1 year.
