Poduct Properties: White powder (granule). Relative density is 1.66, soluble in dilute alkali, carbon disulfide, benzene, acetone and dichloromethane, slightly soluble in chloroform, insoluble in ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate.
Product Uses: Super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber and general accelerator for latex. It is especially suitable for butyl rubber and nitrile rubber with good aging resistance which have requirements for compression deformation, and it is also suitable for EPDM rubber. The curing temperature is 100℃, the activity is a little stronger than WllLING TMTD, but the activity is stronger at low temperature, the tendency of scorching is big, and it is easy to cause early vulcanisation when mixing. It has activating effect on thiazole sub-sulfonamide accelerators and can be used as the second accelerator. It can be used as the second accelerator. Zinc Diethyldithiocarbamate (Zn(S2CNEt2)2, ZDTC) is used as an organocatalyst for the synthesis of high molecular weight polyurethanes from PEG and PPG-diol macromolecules for biomedical applications. Compared to other zinc catalysts, ZDTC shows outstanding activity in the preparation of polyurethanes due to its tolerance to different organic solvents.
