Properties: light yellow powder (granule), slightly bitter flavor, non-toxic. Specific gravity is 1.70, decomposition temperature 300℃. Soluble in chloroform, acetone, partly soluble in benzene, ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. Stable in storage. Decompose when meet strong acid or strong alkali solution. Usage: High-speed vulcanization accelerator, without rubber dyeing. It is suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. When used in dry rubber, it has the same performance as WILLING MBT and has excellent scorch resistance. Mildly active in latex systems and often used in combination with super-accelerators. High critical temperature for vulcanization (138°C). Less susceptible to early vulcanization and wider vulcanization flatness. Suitable for latex systems with the function of regulating the viscosity of the system. Suitable for injection molding and foaming Rubber Products. Safe operation, easy to disperse, no pollution, no discoloration. Resistant to aging when combined with TP. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber shoes, rubber cloth and other general industrial products. Packing: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper-plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag, or plastic woven bag. Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Packed products should be kept out of direct sunlight, valid for 2 years. Description: This product can be made into ultra-fine powder according to customers' requirements.
